This is another work in progress(which means I will be adding and changing this blog or any other blog I do which states “work in progress” as time goes on) of a timeline of the Martin’s and their tour of Conventions, Events and various other sorts of things. I was inspired by this comment by TreeHouse commentator allhail2; “Is big TM still driving trucks? Didn’t SF have up to 8 months of PTO (paid time off) donated? Tick tock.” My response to that was…
UPDATE: Tracy Martin tweets he started back at work on August 6, I guess because those claims are going to take a little longer to start rolling in for Sybrina. Sure hope they can hold out for what could be years before even a Stand Your Ground hearing begins. I’m going to start adding in the claims and lawsuits now then. (End update 8/6/12)
Though they have claimed otherwise I’m willing to bet the Martin’s have received more financial support than the Zimmerman’s. They have the support of every black organization in the country, nearly every media outlet, who knows how many churches they hit up, who knows how much the foundation itself has raised up to now. The radio interview linked below is dated but in it Tracy says he was still not working and Tom Joyner, the radio host, offers to pay some bills, how many others have done the same?
On top of that add the fact that the Zimmerman’s lives have been destroyed and can’t even go out in public without fearing for their lives much less try to go out to support themselves. And let’s not forget that any money George gets is technically gone the second he get’s it.
And let’s not forget about the super payday coming up if this thing makes it to trial; civil suits galore. The Martins can certainly slide till then.

March 30 Sometime on or after this date Sybrina seeks money from Travelers Insurance in the form of a “claim” but Travelers is disputing it. Good for you Travelers, finally someone stands up to the Racial Grievance Industry.

Sybrina Fulton, who earns $68,768 a year working as a Miami-Dade County employee is granted 34 paid weeks off reaching a cap of $50,000. Yolanda Knight Evans, Martin’s aunt who also works as a Miami-Dade County employee who earns $48,542 a year, has received nine weeks. These funds were due to the Miami-Dade County Commission passing a resolution in April to allow county employees to donate vacation time to Fulton.

Aw, this was a really wonderful post. In theory I’d prefer to publish like this also – taking time and true work to create an excellent post… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and never ever appear to get some thing completed.
