The quality of the audio recording provided to the public and Mark O’Mara of witness number eight came into question in court today. Starting @1:02:45
So much confusion but what is new with the Scheme Team. Quite simply there does, or at least once did, exist a very clear audio recording of this witness’ interview with Benjamin Crump. We know so because in two ABC videos they play segments of the interview in which the audio is very clear. Here is the audio of those two videos;

I’ve combined all the ABC clips that I’m aware of along with the Crump presser clip and the O’Mara upload of the same clip. They are all from the same segment at the Crump/DeeDee interview from March 19 except for the clips that are marked as later interview(s) with her that Matt Gutman had. (The one line from the ABC clips I can not find in the O’Mara release is “He said this man was watching him so he put his hoodie on”. Since that line is not on Crumps recorder it must have come from Matt Gutman’s recorder. The March 26 clip is probably also from a separate interview or from Gutman’s recorder. She says on that one; “Trayvon come ask him “why you following me for” and the man come and said “what you doing around here”. Somebody pushed Trayvon on the floor cuz, cuz his headset like fell” which is also not on the O’Mara release.)

Here is the upload from the State that the public and O’Mara received from which those segments were played from. Update(10/23) What the we are listening to in the State release version is a recording of a recording. Someone is literally sitting down and pressing play on a handheld recorder while recording with another device.;
“Trayvon had run for it and then the man, and then he said he lost the man and then the man come, and then Trayvon said the man still was following him, and then Trayvon asked Trayvon to run and Trayvon said he aint gonna like that, he was gonna walk fast from the back. And the man was just following him close like walking to him like fast like when Trayvon walking…[unintelligible]getting close…and Trayvon said he’s not going run and then Trayvon said “what you, what you following me for” and the man someone said “what you doing around here”…[unintelligible]…pushin…[unintelligible]…you can know somebody push Trayvon cuz the headset just fell and then after that…[unintelligible]…cuz the phone just shut off and then I called him again and he did not answer the phone.”
